Archy is a floor-plan tool for architects. This page explains what we store about you, why, who processes it for us, and how to have it removed. In short: we keep only what the service needs, and we never sell your data.
What we store
- Your account: your email address, your name, and how you sign in (an email link or Google). If you sign in with Google, Google tells us your name, email address and profile picture; we keep the name and the email.
- Your plans: the briefs you write, the plans and every saved version of them, and a small preview picture of each.
- Usage counts: a record of each AI generation or text edit you run (when, and which kind), used for the daily limit.
- Cookies: two cookies that keep you signed in, a short-lived one used only while a Google sign-in is in progress (10 minutes), and one that remembers your language. They are strictly necessary; there are no advertising or tracking cookies and no analytics.
- In your browser only: work you did before signing in, and small settings, are kept in your browser's local storage until you sign in or clear it.
Who processes it
- Supabase — our database and sign-in service. Your account, plans and usage counts are stored in its London (UK) region.
- Anthropic — when you create a plan or edit one by text, the brief and the plan are sent to Anthropic's API to generate the layout. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, API data is not used to train its models.
- Render — hosts the website (Frankfurt, Germany). Requests pass through its servers; plan files kept there are a temporary cache.
- Google — only if you choose “Continue with Google”, to confirm who you are.
We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone else, and we do not use it for advertising.
Why we use it
To run your account, save and show your plans, generate layouts you ask for, and keep the service within its daily limits. One person signing in by email and by Google with the same address has a single account.
How long we keep it
Your plans stay until you delete them (in “My plans”). Your account and usage counts stay until you ask us to delete the account; then everything linked to it — plans, versions and usage counts — is deleted.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or the deletion of your account at any time by writing to us. You can export any plan yourself from the editor.
