Archy

Terms of use

Last updated: 27 October 2026

These terms apply when you use Archy. By signing in you agree to them.

The service

Archy helps architects draft floor plans: an AI proposes layouts, and code checks and completes them (structure, doors, furniture, engineering, exports). Archy is in early access; features and limits may change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable.

Your account

Sign in with Google or with a link sent to your email. Keep access to that email or Google account safe — it is the key to your plans. One person, one account.

Your plans

The briefs and plans you create are yours. You give us only the rights needed to store them, show them to you and generate the layouts you ask for. See the Privacy policy for how they are handled.

Professional responsibility

Plans from Archy are drafts. The checks it runs (norms, structure, seismic, engineering) are aids, not an approval. A qualified architect or engineer must review every plan before it is used to build, and is responsible for its compliance with local codes.

Fair use

There is a daily limit on AI generations and text edits per account. Don't misuse the service: no automated mass requests, no attempts to reach other people's data, and nothing unlawful.

Liability

Archy is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made on the basis of a generated plan. Export your important plans regularly.

Ending

You can stop using Archy and ask for your account to be deleted at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
